Terms and Conditions

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your preference of date and time cannot be confirmed until this is paid and a booking form is completed. The remaining 50% will be required no later than 48 hours before the event and all payments must be made via bank transfer as we find that handling cash payments on the day can risk ruining the magic!

  • We offer the opportunity to pay for your booking in 4 instalments spread evenly from the date of booking until the event date. Please contact us if you would like to pay using this option.

  • Our performer will ring you as they arrive at the party so you can get the guests prepared ready for their entrance. Occasionally they might need some assistance if they have a lot of equipment to make sure their entrance is as grand as possible!


  • Our performers require at least one parking space as close to the venue as possible as they may have a lot of equipment to carry, and should there be any parking fees or charges these are the responsibility of the party organiser.


  • We always try our best to arrive early/on time! However please allow a grace period of 10-15 minutes for your performer to arrive, they are often coming straight from another event and traffic and delays may affect them. If they are delayed they will be in touch with you to let you know.


  • Please ensure a safe environment for our performers, should our performers feel they are in danger at any point they will leave and a refund will not be given.

  • We've been fortunate enough to attend hundreds of parties over the years and this means we know exactly how to deliver a well-rounded, perfect experience! When it comes to the entertainment we have absolutely everything covered, so we ask that there are no loose balloons around or bouncy castles inflated for the duration of our visit. Both can be extremely distracting for children and may impact what we can offer.


  • Where outdoor parties take place, please be sure to have a sheltered area for your performer as our character’s outfits and hairstyles do not like extreme weather conditions!


  • We encourage you to ask your guests to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to our arrival to ensure no one misses the magic!

  • Should you need to cancel your booking you have 24 hours to do so from time of booking, after this your deposit is non-refundable. However you have until 2 weeks before the event to make any changes but these cannot be guaranteed due to availability.


  • Bookings outside of a radius of 15 mile from our postcode will incur a travel fee of 75p per additional mile.


  • We are happy to take performer requests and will do our absolute best to make your requests a reality however please note we cannot guarantee any performer due to availability.

  • We are unable to attend events where there are other companies performing unless discussed prior.
